As a Financial Project Coordinator at Jobot, you will be responsible for reviewing booking documents and setting up new projects in our ERP system. You will process and ensure accurate and timely billing for solutions and MAC related work, including ERP system invoices and AIA billing. Additionally, you will process changes in estimates for active projects, close out projects, assist with WIP analysis, review and validate monthly charges, enter commission data, and complete special projects as directed.

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. You should also be proficient in using ERP systems and have excellent communication skills.

The estimated salary for this position is $72,500 - $100,000 per year, based on industry standards and location. Benefits include a paid time off plan and holidays, short-term and long-term disability, medical, dental, and vision plans with options, and adherence to all company policies and protocols.
