Salary: $75,000 per year

About the Role

The Financial Performance Analyst will be responsible for developing, monitoring, and analyzing the Division's program and contract performance to ensure financial sustainability and achievement of program goals.

This role requires a strong understanding of non-profit finance, budgeting principles, and data analysis. The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information clearly to both financial and non-financial stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Director of Contracts and Planning Team on funding initiatives and budget projections.
  • Develop budgets that align and support the scope of the contract.
  • Manage the Division's budget in collaboration with Program Management.
  • Monitor and analyze budget against actuals, identifying potential issues and recommending corrective actions.
  • Host monthly budget monitoring meetings with Program Management and Grant Accountant.
  • Assist with financial reporting requirements to external stakeholders.
  • Maintain strong working relationships with Program Management and Finance and Accounting.
Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in grant accounting or non-profit finance.
  • Proficiency in data analysis using Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
