We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Credit Solutions Manager to join our team at First Citizens Bank. As a key member of our Credit Solutions group, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of client relationships within the Consumer Internet sector.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the structuring, underwriting, and closing of credit solutions for assigned prospects and clients.
- Manage resources effectively and responsible for doing this at increasing scale.
- Manage assigned portfolio of borrowing relationships, reviewing information, evaluating risk, and engaging with clients, building relationships with appropriate stakeholders.
- Communicate internally to recommend and execute on responses to changing situations for clients / across the portfolio broadly.
- Engage in team development, including collaboration and coaching of Associates who support the team.
- Develop and demonstrate subject matter expertise within the team including market, sector and competitive trends, business models, lending models and making the group more scalable through optimizing how we conduct business and manage the portfolio.
- Bachelor's degree with 4 years of credit analysis and portfolio management experience OR High School diploma or GED with 8 years of credit analysis and portfolio management experience.
- Good negotiation skills, communication skills and ability to engage with clients effectively and independently. Good knowledge and application of credit policies and risk ratings.
- Experience in the tech startup ecosystem
- Strong focus and ownership on the overall client experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage time, prioritize and execute
