Senior Credit Manager

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement credit management strategies that align with HSBC's business objectives
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, providing expert advice and guidance on credit management best practices
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure effective credit risk management and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Provide thought leadership on credit management trends and best practices, driving innovation and improvement within the organization
- Ensure that all credit management activities are conducted in accordance with HSBC's policies, procedures, and control requirements
- Proven experience in credit management, with a strong understanding of commercial banking and risk management principles
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make informed decisions
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
