Sales Director for Small Business Development

About the Role
Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Senior Account Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling primary and ancillary communications solutions to small and medium-sized businesses within a specified territory. Your success will depend on your ability to provide subject matter expertise, mentorship, and exceptional customer service. With a strong focus on generating new Internet, voice, and video customers, you will work closely with our sales team to develop and implement a Territory Plan that drives business growth and expansion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively support all efforts to simplify and enhance the customer experience through order management software and timely administrative work.
- Demonstrate selling skills and product knowledge, practicing regular sales techniques to improve performance.
- Maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities, using Salesforce.com to maximize territory potential.
- Meet and exceed performance standards as defined by the department Standards of Performance (SOP) and the Spectrum Way Sales Model.
What You'll Need
Estimated Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced sales professional with a strong background in communications services, preferably with 1+ year of experience as an Account Executive at Charter. A Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is required, and outside sales experience in a high-transaction model is preferred.
