Job Summary

The Pharmacy Manager operates the pharmacy from a place of true caring, focusing on delivering high-quality patient care and exceptional customer service. This role requires strong clinical knowledge, business acumen, and leadership skills to drive sales and profit growth in the Pharmacy and OTC areas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process and accurately dispense prescription orders; administer immunizations; and develop programs to improve patient outcomes.
  • Drive sales and profit growth by ensuring effective merchandise presentation, including accurate pricing, proper signing, in-stock levels, budgeting, and forecasting sales trends.
  • Develop and maintain cross-functional relationships with colleagues to achieve business objectives.
  • Model and enforce customer-centric approaches to ensure exceptional patient experiences.
  • Oversee community outreach programs and encourage associates to serve as good members of the community.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations for assigned areas.
  • Provide supervision and development opportunities for associates, selecting, training, mentoring, assigning duties, and providing performance feedback.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
  • Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
  • Completion of an ACPE accredited immunization training program.

Preferred Qualifications

  • U.S. pharmacy-related experience.

What We Offer

Competitive salary: $112,000 - $197,000 per year, plus annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation includes Regional Pay Zone (RPZ), Sales Volume Category (SVC), and Complex Structure (based on external factors that create challenges).
