Restaurant Assistant Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Assistant Manager to join our team at Dairy Queen. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and food products to our guests, while assisting with and learning restaurant management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide quality customer service and food products using standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen.
  • Assist with and learn restaurant management responsibilities, including inventory management, scheduling, and employee development.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including food safety and sanitation standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Collaborate with the management team to achieve sales and profitability goals.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Minimum age: 18 years old.
  • 2+ years of previous experience as a restaurant Shift Manager required and successful completion of Fourteen Foods certified training program.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to pass a background check.
  • Food Handlers Permit and/or ServSafe Certification (where required).
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
