Salary:$45,000 - $55,000 per year

Job Description:

As a Property Manager Office Associate, your key responsibilities will include selling new and previously owned homes, leasing made-ready units, handling inquiries from prospective tenants and home buyers, and performing daily administrative tasks.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience: Previous experience in office administration, customer service, and property management or real estate experience is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced computer proficiency, including experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Docs; ability to learn proprietary software quickly.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing, personable, and confident with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, prospects, and the Team.
  • Problem Solving: Diplomacy, strong negotiating skills, and the ability to resolve roadblocks effectively.
