Job Overview

This role offers a comprehensive 90-day property management training program with ongoing mentorship to ensure your success and professional growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sell new and previously owned homes, including showing units to potential buyers and tenants.
  • Lease made-ready units and process lease renewals.
  • Handle inquiries from prospective tenants and home buyers via phone and email, and schedule appointments for unit showings.
  • Perform daily administrative and office tasks to ensure smooth operation of the office.
  • Process rent payments, ensuring accuracy and timely record-keeping.
  • Assist with tenant retention efforts to maintain positive relationships.
  • Collaborate with the team to support daily operations and long-term goals.
  • Contribute to the general upkeep and organization of office supplies, files, and documents.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 - $60,000 per year, depending on experience. The position also includes competitive benefits, including employee discounts, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Experience: Previous experience in office administration, customer service, and property management, leasing, or real estate experience is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced computer proficiency, including experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Docs; ability to learn proprietary software quickly.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to efficiently multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Outgoing, personable, and confident with the ability to interact professionally with tenants, prospects, and the Team.
  • Problem Solving: Diplomacy, strong negotiating skills, and the ability to resolve roadblocks effectively.
  • Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and move up to 25 lbs.
  • Team-Oriented: A commitment to working collaboratively and supporting the team.
