Precision Manufacturing Specialist

We are seeking a skilled CNC Milling Machinist to join our team on a weekend night shift with a 35% shift differential. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual to work with complex jet engine parts and components.
Key Responsibilities- Operate multiple machines efficiently, producing large production lots with accuracy
- Identify technical advancements to increase production and advise the supervisor and programming team accordingly
- Maintain quality standards by understanding and adhering to the Quality Management System
- Monitor and document operational and performance issues, providing feedback to the supervisor
- Develop and maintain effective working relationships with peers, supervisors, and other staff members
- High school diploma or GED; post-secondary CNC education preferred
- At least 3 years of experience in CNC machine operation
- G & M code fluency and ability to read programs highly valued
- Strong verbal communication and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle complex tasks
