About the Role

KPMG is seeking a seasoned professional to join our Business Development Organization as a Senior Director. This is an exceptional opportunity to leverage your expertise in business development and account management to drive growth and expansion for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop Strategic Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, board members, and alumni at assigned accounts.
  • Lead Business Development Initiatives: Develop and execute business development strategies to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with engagement managers, subject-matter professionals, and other KPMG personnel to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Drive Business Growth: Meet specific business relationship goals at assigned accounts and report progress against quarterly goals.
  • Develop and Present Proposals: Assist with proposal development, focusing on the KPMG value proposition, key differentiators, and win themes.
Requirements
  • Business Development Expertise: Minimum of 15 years of demonstrated business development/account management experience within consulting, with extensive experience in the Consumer & Retail vertical.
  • Education and Certifications: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university in Business or a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Interpersonal and Communication Skills: Ability to demonstrate exceptional interpersonal skills that have resulted in business relationships of trust, confidence, and results.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel regularly.
  • Work Authorization: Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future.
