Job Opportunity

DLA Piper is seeking a talented and experienced Attorney to join its Litigation group. This position is not on the partnership track and is open to our Short Hills office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct commercial litigation and product liability cases in state and federal courts.
  • Develop and implement effective litigation strategies to achieve client goals.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide exceptional client service and support.
  • Stay up-to-date on relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance and best practices.

Requirements
  • JD degree from an accredited law school.
  • 4-5 years of commercial litigation and product liability experience.
  • Experience appearing in state and federal courts.
  • Previous state court or federal clerkship experience is a plus.
