Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Automotive Finance Manager to join our team at Subaru Stamford. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing finance transactions, and ensuring compliance with all state and federal laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Welcome customers to the store, provide a smooth transition from Sales to Finance, and determine customer financing needs and payment options.
  • Finance Transactions: Process finance transactions, ensure 100% compliance with all state and federal laws, and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.
  • Performance Metrics: Drive for performance in both CSI and PVR, with CSI being a must and PVR expected.
  • Product Knowledge: Master franchise product knowledge to effectively help customers find ideal aftercare products.
  • Administrative Tasks: Ensure that all administrative processes are handled in a timely fashion and in compliance with company policy.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience: Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience, ability to set goals and achieve best in class performance, highly detail-oriented and organized, prior sales experience along with proven track record in finance, demonstrated communication, consultative, interpersonal and organizational skills, and experience and desire to work with technology advances.
