Why Your Role is Essential

As the first point of contact at VCA, the Customer Care Specialist plays a crucial role in establishing the atmosphere of our practice, fostering trust and confidence among our clients.

The CSR is central to our operations and is responsible for:

  • Customer Service Responsibilities:
    • Welcoming clients and managing check-in and check-out processes.
    • Handling a high volume of phone calls and client interactions.
    • Scheduling and confirming appointments efficiently.
    • Communicating and explaining fees, including processing payments.
    • Assisting clients during emergencies and sensitive situations.
    • Providing information about our specialty and emergency services.
    • Maintaining accurate medical records.
  • Facility Maintenance:

    Ensuring the hospital environment is clean and orderly at all times, both inside and outside.
