The CSR is central to our operations and is responsible for:
- Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Welcoming clients and managing check-in and check-out processes.
- Handling a high volume of phone calls and client interactions.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments efficiently.
- Communicating and explaining fees, including processing payments.
- Assisting clients during emergencies and sensitive situations.
- Providing information about our specialty and emergency services.
- Maintaining accurate medical records.
- Facility Maintenance:
Ensuring the hospital environment is clean and orderly at all times, both inside and outside.
