Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • Graduation from an approved school of professional nursing
  • One year of experience as a Nurse Practitioner in CA
  • Previous experience in hospice, home health, general medical surgical, or patient population-specific nursing
  • Minimum 1 year of Palliative Care services experience preferred
  • Demonstrated expertise in pain/symptom management and advanced care planning
Required Certifications and Licensure

You'll need to possess:

  • Licensed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of agency operation
  • Active DEA license in the state where care is being provided
  • Certified by a nationally recognized advanced nursing practice organization
  • Valid CPR certification
