APRN Lead, Senior Primary Care Specialist

Requirements:

- Active, unrestricted APRN license in the state of practice.
- 8+ years of experience in primary care, with a focus on senior care.
- 2+ years of leadership experience, with a proven track record of success.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
