Diesel Technician II

Penske Truck Leasing is seeking a skilled Diesel Technician II to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on our fleet of vehicles.
Key Responsibilities- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements.
- Diagnose and repair complex mechanical issues with diesel engines, transmissions, and other vehicle systems.
- Work independently and as part of a team to complete maintenance tasks and repairs.
- Use diagnostic equipment and tools to identify and repair issues.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- 3+ years of experience in diesel engine repair and maintenance.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical certification in vehicle repair preferred.
- ASE certification and 608/609 certifications preferred.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
