Solar Sales Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar Sales Manager to join our team at ProSolar Systems Caribbean. As a Solar Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth in the solar energy industry.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase sales revenue and market share.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and revenue.
  • Provide coaching and training to sales team members to improve their sales skills and performance.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales forecasts and budgets to ensure accurate planning and resource allocation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and initiatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure ProSolar Systems Caribbean remains competitive and innovative.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the solar energy industry.
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership and team management.
  • Strong knowledge of sales strategies, tactics, and techniques.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed business decisions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree preferred.
