Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Proposal and Market Intelligence Manager to join our team at Wexford Health Sources, Inc. This is a full-time position that requires a strong background in business administration, communications, or a related field.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and report on the development of winning responses to solicitations and other business opportunities.
  • Analyze and gather market and competitive intelligence to inform business decisions.
  • Review and summarize complex solicitation documents, contracts, and reports.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to understand customer needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external subject matter experts to ensure accurate articulation of proposed solutions.
  • Define, schedule, and manage the proposal development process.
  • Lead meetings and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
  • Research, write, edit, and produce large, complex proposals and associated documents.
  • Support the proposal process end-to-end, ensuring all expectations, actions, and timelines are met.
  • Continuously improve the proposal process through the identification and application of best practices.
  • Obtain, review, analyze, and report on solicitation process results.
  • Perform these functions for multiple proposals simultaneously.
Requirements
  • 5 years' experience in a senior/lead or project management position.
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role is preferred.
  • Solid communication, multitasking, organizational, time management, research/interviewing, writing, grammar, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Competency with other Adobe software is preferred.
  • Experience in health care, managed care, and/or government contracting is preferred.
  • Ability to meet deadlines while working under pressure as part of a cohesive team.
