Sales Team Lead and Growth Strategist

This exciting opportunity is designed for sales professionals looking to grow into leadership roles. As an Insurance Sales Manager in Training, you will undergo a 3-6 month development program that focuses on leadership attributes, including mission alignment, team influence, commitment to the sales process, active participation, and ethical sales practices.
You will have the chance to build strong relationships within the team, engage in all activities, and contribute positively to team dynamics. With a strong focus on personal growth and leadership development, you will complete tailored reading assignments to strengthen your skills.
Upon meeting the leadership criteria, you will transition into a three-month SMIT transition, gaining practical leadership experience and preparing for full-time management responsibilities. This includes shadowing our current sales leader, completing modules of our SMIT Course, and taking on co-management responsibilities.
