About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and evaluate new business opportunities in the Tool and Die/Manufacturing industry">
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service agreements with new and existing customers">
  • Establish and maintain long-term relationships with key clients and industry partners">
  • Generate leads, qualify prospects, and manage the sales pipeline to close deals effectively">

About You:

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, tooling, and die design. You should have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field">
  • 5+ years of experience in business development or sales within the Tool and Die, Manufacturing, or related industries">
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets">
  • Strong understanding of software and manufacturing technology">
  • Experience with project management in a manufacturing setting">

What We Offer:

In addition to a competitive salary of $65,000 - $85,000 per year, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
