Job Title: Packaging Sales Strategist

We are looking for a skilled Packaging Sales Strategist to join our team at HotRun Inc. as the Sales and Marketing Manager for our rigid plastic bottles and container division.

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic thinker to develop and execute plans to grow packaging sales in the custom Beverage, Personal Care, Consumer Packaging market. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with key customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth in the custom packaging market
• Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with key customers
• Collaborate with Product Line Management, Product Development, and Manufacturing teams to drive business success
• Analyze data and make informed judgments to recommend price quotations
• Produce accurate sales forecasts and monitor results

Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the rigid packaging industry
• Proven track record of driving sales growth and leading high-performing sales teams
• Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze complex data to inform business decisions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
