This individual will play a pivotal role in identifying and pursuing new sales opportunities, directly influencing our growth trajectory.

IF YOU ARE INTERESTED, THIS IS WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE AS OUR RETAIL OPERATIONS SUPERVISOR:

  • In the initial phase, you will complete onboarding to familiarize yourself with the Princess Polly customer experience and retail policies.
Engage in systems training and collaborate with the Store Manager to implement visual merchandising strategies.

  • In the subsequent phase, you will assist the Store Manager in the recruitment and selection process for retail associates.
Support the onboarding and training of new retail staff in preparation for store operations. Participate in organizing promotional and marketing events for the store launch.

  • As you progress, you will work closely with the Store Manager to oversee daily store functions and the team.
Begin assisting with store analytics, creating staff schedules, and providing constructive feedback to team members.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Recruiting, training, supervising, evaluating, and motivating staff
  • Managing employee schedules
  • Analyzing store performance reports
  • Effectively addressing customer inquiries and concerns
  • Overseeing inventory management systems
  • Maximizing profitability and achieving sales objectives

QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
-Minimum of 1 year of experience in retail management

SALARY RANGE:
