About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Outside Sales Account Executive to join our team at Clearent by Xplor in Rogers, AR. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Maintain Relationships with small to medium-sized business owners, understanding their unique needs and providing tailored solutions to meet their payment processing requirements.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams in Customer Service, Underwriting, IT, Sales Support, and other departments to ensure seamless onboarding of new businesses and exceptional customer experiences.
  • Manage Your Pipeline and day-to-day tasks/appointments using Salesforce, ensuring timely follow-ups and effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare Presentations and Proposals using Clearent by Xplor's electronic applications, showcasing the value of our payment processing services to merchants and business owners.
  • Educate Merchants and Business Owners on the payment processing industry, providing expert insights and guidance to help them make informed decisions.
  • Maintain Regular Communication with your sales leadership, ensuring alignment on sales strategies and performance metrics.
  • Closing Sales of our payment processing services to meet expected minimum requirements, driving revenue growth and contributing to the company's success.
