Business Account Specialist

Job OverviewThis is a true hunter role, where you'll play a crucial part in marketing T-Mobile's business products and services to existing customers. As an Inside Sales Representative in the T-Mobile for Business Channel, you'll be responsible for analyzing customer needs to identify and customize wireless voice, data products, and services to maintain and grow accounts. Your primary focus will be on mining and growing existing accounts, meeting and exceeding monthly sales quota objectives by successfully growing accounts within an assigned account base.
Key Responsibilities- Daily customer communication and follow-up using various tools to complete outbound/inbound phone calls, emails, online meetings/appointments.
- Perform research to understand customer's unique needs, key contacts, and potential business opportunities. Using research, select appropriate product/service information messaging to meet the needs of individual customers.
- Facilitate the entire sales process from the initiation of the original call to proposal, through finalization of an order for each customer you speak with.
- Attend all required product and service training to ensure you have an in-depth knowledge of features and benefits of T-Mobile products and services.
- High School Diploma (Required)
- 2 years Outbound Call Center or a related sales position (Required)
- 2 years Experience in customer service, sales, and/or retention (Preferred)
- Organization Candidate needs to be able to demonstrate efficient organization skills, the ability to prioritize and respond to incoming activity/tasks with a sense of urgency and accuracy.
- Customer Relations, Outreach, LinkedIn, ZoomInfo, Outlook, WebEx Meetings (Preferred)
- Proficiency with Enter and update Activities/Events; appointments, calls, sales opportunities, contacts to ensure accurate reporting on a timely basis.
- Communication Superior listening skills, confident communicator; speak with clarity and positive tone.
