Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to develop and oversee the implementation of new manufacturing processes for connectors and cable assemblies at AirBorn. The ideal candidate will ensure high levels of quality and cost-efficiency in our production processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with design engineering on new products and special manufacturing process requirements
- Review Supplier Statement of Work (SSOW) for compliance and implement new procedures/processes as needed
- Identify areas for process improvement and evaluate existing processes
- Work with Quality Engineering to analyze problem root causes and implement solutions
- Develop and modify manufacturing systems to ensure accurate data for planning and accounting

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 2-3 years of related experience; Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Regular sitting, standing, and lifting up to 25 pounds

Work Environment:

- Regular exposure to moving mechanical parts and moderate noise level
