About the Role:

As a Therapeutic Program Coordinator, you will play a critical role in the success of our after-school program. You will be responsible for coordinating daily programming, staffing, and resources, as well as developing and implementing strategies to promote patient engagement and motivation.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate daily medication schedules for program clients.
  • Plan and implement special events and rewards to motivate clients.
  • Maintain awareness of program budget and effectively schedule staff to achieve budget margins.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., Psychology, Social Work, or Counseling).
  • At least 1 year of experience in children's behavioral healthcare.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Benefits:
