Lancaster Rehabilitation Hospital is a leading provider of inpatient acute rehabilitation services, offering state-of-the-art care to patients in the south central Pennsylvania area.

We are seeking an Operations Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing routine operations and special projects for the hospital, as assigned by the CEO.

As an Operations Coordinator, you will:

  • Assist the CEO in all administrative duties
  • Provide clerical support and complete special projects for the Medical Director, Committee Chairs, and Medical Staff
  • Maintain and secure files for Medical Staff Credentials
  • Record, transcribe, and type memos and/or minutes relevant to meetings and committees

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent required; college-level education preferred
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a healthcare setting, preferably with experience handling confidential information
  • Extensive knowledge of office administrative duties
  • Excellent computer skills

In addition to a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including tuition assistance/reimbursement, low nurse-to-patient ratios, and a supportive leadership culture.
