Branch Director, Home Health Operations Manager

As a Branch Director at CenterWell Home Health, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our home health branch. Your primary goal will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining operational efficiencies, regulatory compliance, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve patient outcomes and branch performance.
- Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations and Finance Department to establish revenue and budget goals.
- Recruit, interview, and hire staff, and monitor their performance and quality of care.
- Maintain office operations in a safe and efficient manner, adhering to local ordinances and company policies.
- Conduct quarterly quality improvement meetings, review patient satisfaction data, and address negative feedback.
- Communicate with the Area Director of Operations for direction and problem-solving.
- Partner with Sales Directors and Account Managers to meet admission goals and participate in sales and marketing initiatives.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in healthcare operations management, preferably in Home Health or Hospice.
- Outstanding leadership skills with experience motivating and developing staff.
- Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Fiscal management experience and proficiency in EMR systems, preferably Homecare Homebase.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Valid state driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile liability insurance.
