Key Responsibilities:
- Operations Management: Manage and oversee the branch's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
- Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve business objectives, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
- Financial Management: Manage branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
- Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
- Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
- Leadership Experience: 1 year of leadership experience in a sales or operations role.
- Industry Knowledge: Experience in the HVAC wholesale industry is strongly preferred.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree strongly preferred.
- Skills: Proven leadership and customer service skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of employees. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 annually.
