**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our branch, ensuring successful and timely completion of assigned duties. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, customer service, and sales management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operations Management: Manage and oversee the branch's operations, including staffing, inventory management, and customer service.
  • Sales Management: Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of employees to achieve business objectives, providing coaching, training, and development opportunities.
  • Financial Management: Manage branch finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Customer Service: Ensure excellent customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels, ensuring adequate stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Process Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and productivity.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Provide regular reports and analysis to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: 1 year of leadership experience in a sales or operations role.
  • Industry Knowledge: Experience in the HVAC wholesale industry is strongly preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent; college degree strongly preferred.
  • Skills: Proven leadership and customer service skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a team of employees. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Competitive Salary: $70,000 - $95,000 annually.
