As a Branch Director at CenterWell Home Health, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our home health branch. Your primary goal will be to ensure the delivery of high-quality patient care while maintaining operational efficiencies, regulatory compliance, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve patient outcomes and branch performance.
- Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure quality care and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations and Finance Department to establish revenue and budget goals.
- Recruit, interview, and hire staff while monitoring quality care and organizational performance.
- Maintain office operations in an efficient, productive, and organized manner, ensuring a safe working environment for employees.
- Conduct continuous quality improvement meetings, review patient satisfaction data, and follow up on negative surveys and visits with referral sources.
- Communicate with the Area Director of Operations for direction, problem-solving, and implementation of programs and protocols.
- Partner with Sales Directors and Account Managers to meet admission goals and participate in sales and marketing initiatives.
- Minimum of 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably in Home Health or Hospice.
- Outstanding leadership skills with experience motivating, educating, and supervising staff.
- Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Fiscal management experience and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Valid state driver's license, reliable transportation, and automobile liability insurance.
