Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and quality of care.
- Supervise and support clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with the Area Director of Operations to establish revenue and budget goals.
- Conduct quality improvement initiatives and monitor patient satisfaction data.
- Communicate effectively with referral sources and internal stakeholders.
- Minimum 2 years of healthcare operations management experience, preferably in Home Health or Hospice.
- Outstanding leadership and communication skills.
- Experience with quality improvement monitoring and reporting tools.
- Knowledge of business management, governmental regulations, and accreditation standards.
- Fiscal management experience.
