Job Title: Brand Manager - Cavit Winery

Palm Bay International, a leading importer of fine wines and spirits, is seeking a highly skilled Brand Manager to lead the Cavit Winery portfolio. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, developing brand strategies, and managing relationships with our sales force, distributors, and suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business plans to drive revenue growth and market share for the Cavit Winery portfolio.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies, tactics, and programs to achieve business objectives.
  • Manage relationships with distributors, suppliers, and other key stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges affecting the Cavit Winery portfolio.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the wine industry, including market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activity.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute brand marketing strategies, including advertising, promotions, and public relations.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the pricing team to ensure effective pricing strategies and tactics are in place to drive revenue growth.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key accounts, including distributors, wholesalers, and retailers.
  • Provide product education and training to distributors, wholesalers, and retailers to ensure they have a deep understanding of the Cavit Winery portfolio.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of experience in the wine industry, with a focus on brand management, sales, and marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop effective solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Fluency in MS Office and enterprise planning systems such as Cognos and Sharepoint.
