Our 96 uniquely designed rooms and our locally-inspired dining venue provide an immersive experience that reflects the vibrant culture of Seattle. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Upholding cleanliness and sanitation standards across all hotel areas, including guest rooms, communal spaces, and staff facilities.
  • Managing and updating informational materials within guest rooms.
  • Applying proper cleaning techniques and products to preserve the quality of furniture and fixtures.
  • Executing cleaning tasks as prioritized by supervisory staff, particularly during guest check-ins.
  • Disposing of waste materials appropriately.
  • Performing comprehensive cleaning duties, including replacing towels, and ensuring all surfaces are free from soap, dirt, and hair.
  • Restocking bathroom supplies in designated areas.
  • Inspecting and replacing bathrobes as necessary.
  • Changing bed linens and maintaining overall bed presentation.
  • Organizing closets and ensuring cleanliness in check-out rooms.
  • Conducting thorough dusting and polishing of all furniture.
  • Adjusting furniture placement to align with the designated layout.
  • Cleaning and inspecting drawers and surfaces for cleanliness.
  • Checking for and removing debris from under furniture.
  • Reporting any damages or maintenance needs to supervisory staff.
  • Ensuring all electronic devices are functioning correctly and in proper order.
  • Maintaining a flexible work schedule to accommodate hotel needs.
  • Adhering to uniform standards.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Strong understanding of hospitality principles and practices.
  • Commitment to guest service excellence.
  • Familiarity with cleaning products and procedures.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs for extended periods.
  • At least one year of experience in a similar role.
  • Willingness to work varied shifts as required.
