Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Swing Shift Nursing Position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, assessing patient status, and developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans. You will also be expected to maintain accurate medical records, communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team, and participate in ongoing education and training opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities
- Assess physical and behavioral health needs of patients
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans
- Maintain accurate medical records
- Communicate effectively with the interdisciplinary team
- Report patient concerns and changes in condition to supervisors and physicians

Requirements and Qualifications
- Valid current RN license from the state or from a compact state where applicable
- One or more years of experience within a clinical area of service provided by the facility preferred
- Experience in behavioral health/psychiatric/addiction recovery environments highly desirable

The estimated salary for this position is $73,500-$93,000 per year, depending on factors such as location, experience, and certifications.
