Tech Tammina, a leading provider of mental health services, offers a unique opportunity for a Certified Nursing Assistant to join our team in Leland, NC. Our facility provides comprehensive care for adults and adolescents, with 114 beds and three acute adolescent units.

Salary:$45,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced CNA to assist in the delivery of high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will have a strong background in acute inpatient psychiatry, with at least one year of experience in this field. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for assisting patients with daily living activities, providing vital signs, and observing behavior. You will also work closely with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Take vital signs, including temperature, pulse, and blood pressure
- Observe and report any changes in patient behavior or condition
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans

Required Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's degree preferred
- Current CNA certification in the state of North Carolina
- At least one year of experience in acute inpatient psychiatry
- BLS and CPI certifications required
