About the Job:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients, supervising the care treatment and services provided by other staff members, and developing individualized plans of care for each patient.

Roles and Responsibilities:
  • Assess physical and behavioral health needs of patients and develop tailored nursing care plans.
  • Coordinate care by ensuring that all relevant information is documented and communicated effectively to the interdisciplinary team.
  • Take accurate verbal or written orders from physicians and document them appropriately.
  • Administer medications accurately and monitor lab results to validate medication compliance.
  • Notify physicians of significant changes in patient status, such as difficulties with detox or medical emergencies.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Graduation from an approved school of nursing.
  • One or more years' experience in a clinical area, preferably in behavioral health/psychiatric/addiction recovery.
