About the Job
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team as a Swing Shift Nursing Position. In this role, you will be responsible for providing nursing care to patients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of patients, develop your skills and expertise, and contribute to the delivery of high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities
- Providing direct patient care and assessing patient status
- Developing and implementing individualized nursing care plans
- Maintaining accurate medical records and communicating effectively with the interdisciplinary team
- Reporting patient concerns and changes in condition to supervisors and physicians

Requirements and Qualifications
- Valid current RN license from the state or from a compact state where applicable
- One or more years of experience within a clinical area of service provided by the facility preferred
- Experience in behavioral health/psychiatric/addiction recovery environments highly desirable

The estimated salary for this position is $73,500-$93,000 per year, depending on factors such as location, experience, and certifications.
