Service Call Center Agent - Service Department

Our organization is in search of a full-time business development representative for our expanding service division. We are looking for a dynamic individual with exceptional organizational and communication abilities. The ideal candidate should be a self-motivated individual, a quick learner, and capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Experience in a call center or previous automotive dealership roles is preferred.

Shift Hours: Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 6 PM (with rotating Saturdays and designated off days)

Compensation: Up to $15 per hour plus commission

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle all incoming service phone inquiries and online appointment requests.
  • Rapidly assess customer needs.
  • Schedule primary service appointments, recalls, and maintenance services.
  • Propose additional services such as valet and shuttle options to eligible clients to alleviate shop congestion.
  • Support service advisors with updates on service status, including current progress and parts availability.
QUALIFICATIONS

To excel in this role, an individual must be able to effectively perform each essential duty. The qualifications listed below are indicative of the knowledge, skills, and abilities required:
  • Prior experience in inbound/outbound customer service, call center, or service roles is advantageous.
  • Bilingual candidates (Spanish) are preferred.
  • Must possess an energetic, enthusiastic, and team-oriented attitude.
  • Strong customer service skills, including problem-solving and effective communication (both written and verbal).
  • Proven track record of positive customer satisfaction.
  • Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must successfully pass pre-employment screenings, including drug testing and background checks.
