Key Responsibilities- Technical Support: Provide expert technical support to customers and dealers, troubleshooting and resolving issues related to our products.
- Training and Development: Deliver training to operators and dealer technicians on the proper use and maintenance of our products.
- Root Cause Analysis: Conduct thorough root cause analysis to identify and resolve issues, implementing effective corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Communication and Collaboration: Maintain close communication with dealers, service managers, and internal teams to ensure seamless support and resolution of issues.
- Continuous Improvement: Collaborate with the service department and engineering team to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance product quality and performance.
- Education and Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience working in a technical support role, preferably in the forestry or heavy equipment industry.
- Technical Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of hydraulic, electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems, as well as experience with troubleshooting and problem-solving.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, dealers, and internal teams.
- Travel and Adaptability: Valid passport and ability to travel extensively, with a strong ability to adapt to changing work environments and priorities.
