Your Role

As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a critical role in shaping the future of ambulatory pharmacy practice. You will work collaboratively with multidisciplinary providers to develop and implement innovative solutions that improve patient outcomes and advance the field of pharmacy practice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Patient Care: Develop and implement individualized medication plans that address the unique needs and goals of each patient.">
  • Medication Therapy Management: Collaborate with healthcare teams to monitor, assess, and intervene as needed to ensure safe, effective, and cost-efficient medication use.">
  • Education and Training: Provide education and instruction on medication use to patients and their families, as required.">
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with healthcare practitioners, physicians, nurses, and other care providers to ensure seamless patient care.">
  • Quality Improvement: Participate in continuous quality assessment and improvement activities, including adverse drug reaction reporting and clinical intervention programs.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • ">
  • A Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy degree from an accredited college of pharmacy.">
  • Current unrestricted licensure as a licensed pharmacist in Rhode Island.">
  • Two to three years progressively more responsible related experience, preferably in a similarly diverse and operationally complex healthcare environment.">
  • Effective interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.">

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $145,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
