Job Title: Senior Enterprise Applications Analyst

At IntriCon, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Applications Analyst to join our Information Services team. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in championing and implementing business transformation across the Enterprise Application landscape.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver superior application support and develop low-code solutions to integrate applications, improve workflows, and modernize existing processes.
  • Partner with business owners to design, implement, and maintain low-code solutions.
  • Gather and document requirements for new and existing processes.
  • Build, deploy, and maintain integrations between applications systems.
  • Automate business and IS process workflows.
  • Lead and track project progress with project team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in an IT-related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to assess complex IT systems and recommend effective solutions.
  • Minimal five (5) years experience supporting one or more of: SalesForce, HRIS systems, or ERPs.
  • Experience with developing solutions in either a low-code or professional/traditional code environment, preferred.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Previous experience developing and administering role-based access controls.
  • One (1) year experience developing solutions in a low-code environment, preferred.
  • Working knowledge of one or more of the following: Epicor, UKG, SalesForce, Grand Avenue, or Concur.
  • Experience with using API's to retrieve data from or send data to applications, preferred.
