We are looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to fill the role of an Entry-Level Sales and Marketing Associate at Smart Solutions Inc. This position involves the crucial task of lead generation, establishing connections with prospective clients, and promoting our event marketing solutions to enhance revenue and broaden our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture relationships with clients, comprehending their needs and objectives to customize solutions that align with their goals.
  • Showcase our services and expertise to potential clients through meetings, presentations, and pitches.
  • Collaborate with the marketing department to create sales materials and proposals that effectively convey our value proposition.
  • Monitor and manage sales activities and opportunities using CRM software, ensuring accurate records and timely follow-ups.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor actions, and market changes to uncover growth opportunities.
  • Participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to foster relationships and generate leads.
  • Work in close coordination with internal teams to guarantee smooth execution and delivery of services to clients.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to establish rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Self-driven and goal-oriented, with a strong passion for sales and a determination to excel.
  • Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple priorities.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Prior experience in sales, marketing, or customer service is advantageous but not mandatory.
