- Maintain accurate records in bookkeeping systems, customer databases, and sales tracking tools to report progress towards goals to relevant stakeholders.
- Enhance and expand existing client portfolios by employing effective sales strategies that foster long-term loyalty.
- Engage with potential clients to understand their priorities and financial situations, providing them with suitable insurance options that meet their individual needs.
- Possession of a valid insurance license is mandatory.
- Exceptional interpersonal, communication, customer service, and analytical skills are essential.
- Familiarity with accounting or sales software is advantageous.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the insurance landscape, including products, risk management practices, and relevant regulations.
