Business Development Specialist

FINTRX is seeking an experienced Business Development Specialist to join our team. This role involves driving revenue growth from existing customers by expanding their adoption of FINTRX's products. You will be responsible for developing strategic account plans, identifying new opportunities, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
As a Business Development Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse group of customers, each with unique needs and challenges. You will need to be a creative problem solver, able to identify new business opportunities and develop innovative solutions to drive revenue growth.
This is a quota-carrying role, requiring you to meet and exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting and strong SaaS sales process skills. You will also need to educate and consult customers on the value of FINTRX throughout the sales and adoption cycle.
We are looking for someone with 2-5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a SaaS company. You should have a track record of success, consistently meeting and exceeding revenue goals and quotas. A bachelor's degree is required, and proficiency in Excel, Gsuite, and other related software is necessary.
The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $120,000 per year, plus commission and bonus. We offer unlimited paid time off, health, dental, and vision insurance, and a hybrid work environment.
