Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you'll be responsible for driving incremental revenue from existing customers by promoting our products and services across different departments within their organizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Revenue Growth: Grow the net Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) for a book of existing accounts through expansion and new revenue streams.
  • Strategic Account Planning: Develop and execute strategic account plans to land and expand corporate partnerships encompassing our full range of products.
  • Account Management: Prioritize your book of business, develop and execute on account plans for each individual account, including identifying new opportunities, bridging use cases across departments, and building relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Prospecting and Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic prospecting and a strong SaaS sales process, owning the full sales cycle from lead to close.
  • Customer Education and Consultation: Educate and consult customers on the value of FINTRX throughout the sales and adoption cycle.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 2-5+ years of experience as an account manager, customer success manager, account executive, strategic sales or consulting-related role within a SaaS company.
  • Quota-Carrying Experience: Quota-carrying experience in a previous SaaS sales position.
  • Track Record of Success: A track record of consistently meeting and exceeding revenue goals and quotas.
  • Skills and Qualifications: Scrappy, resourceful, and a creative problem solver; proficiency in Excel, G Suite, and other related software; very high attention to detail; proven leadership experience; excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Compensation Package

The salary for this role is estimated at around $90,000 - $120,000 per year, plus commission and bonus opportunities.
