Key Responsibilities of the Junior Account Executive:

The primary objective of the Junior Account Executive is to enhance our client's brand visibility through effective field marketing strategies. You will collaborate closely with fellow Junior Account Executives and corporate marketing and sales teams to support various sales initiatives (events, campaigns, etc.) and leverage your marketing skills to create and implement programs that drive demand and increase revenue.

  • Provides coordination and project management to ensure the success of campaigns.
  • Works alongside other Account Executives to enhance awareness and encourage high levels of participation from the target audience.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of experience or training in marketing or sales preferred, though we are open to exceptional candidates.
  • Background in customer service or other people-oriented roles is desirable.
  • Outstanding organizational and project management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capability to work independently while also contributing to a team environment.
  • A strong desire to achieve success.
