Job Summary

TPM MFG/Plasman Precision Parts LLC is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Coordinator to join our team. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for supporting production and inventory activities, ensuring accurate and efficient material handling, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Material Handling: Accurately blend and issue specified materials to production jobs, following FIFO (First in First out) procedures.
  • Inventory Management: Receive finished goods from the production floor, wrap pallets, and label with receipt tags. Ensure accurate inventory levels and maintain a clean and organized warehouse area.
  • Physical Inventory and Cycle Counts: Participate in physical inventory and cycle counts, ensuring accurate counts and reporting any discrepancies.
  • Communication: Relay information to the next shift, including production status, material and inventory issues, and any other relevant information.
  • Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment, following certification and company procedures.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with the ability to use simple arithmetic and read/write job language.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of warehouse experience, with current or prior certification as a forklift operator.
  • Skills: SAP materials management and production planning functionality experience, knowledge of material drying temperatures and moisture absorption rates, and charge-out procedures.
Working Environment
  • Physical Effort: Continuous walking, standing, and lifting, with periods of sitting and climbing stairs.
  • Working Conditions: Climate-controlled warehouse and production floor environment.
