Job Overview

The Operations Interior Design Project Officer role at Versar Global Solutions requires a skilled professional to manage interior design projects, floor plan CAD management, and space management software administration in the Pentagon and other Air Force locations.

This position involves investigating requirements, estimating costs, and providing advice on furniture, construction, and design. The successful candidate will work independently with customers to deliver quality service and meet their needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Determine project requirements and estimate costs for furniture, construction, or interior design projects involving changes to Headquarters Air Force space.
  • Provide expert advice and assistance to customers on furniture, construction, and design options.
  • Work closely with Air Force customers to deliver high-quality results that meet their expectations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree and at least three years of relevant experience in facility space allocation/management and interior design.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD software and knowledge of space management software.
  • A Secret clearance is mandatory for this role.
  • Experience in the DoD, preferably with the Air Force, is highly desirable.
  • Candidates must pass pre-employment screenings, including a federal background check, MVR, and drug screen.
  • Compliance with company policies on substance abuse and the ability to work in the US are essential.
