- Deliver exceptional customer service, interacting with residents in the Dining Room during meals to enhance their experience.
- Follow Bickford's process during meal service, maintaining a clean and safe environment.
- Utilize residents' Meal Order Information forms to track dietary needs and preferences.
- Maintain accurate food service records, adhering to regulatory requirements and Bickford's policies.
- Store food in accordance with regulatory requirements and Bickford's policies.
- Coordinate with marketing and life enrichment leaders to provide food and refreshments for tours and events.
- High School Diploma or GED; one year of related experience.
- Willingness to take additional training or education, as required by specific states.
- ServSafe, CPR, and First Aid certifications.
- A valid driver's license and a driving record consistent with Bickford's insurance carrier guidelines.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities, possess excellent communication and organizational skills.
